At TEALEAVES, we strive for your total satisfaction with every blend; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on tea that has been opened or sampled.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your tea canisters or pouches are unopened, in their original vacuum-sealed packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our Guest Experience team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in a sturdy box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit and include your authorization slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
